Rule 31

Provisions related to the capital of organized institutions dealing in securities

:
(1) The authorized capital and paid-up capital of the organization wishing to be registered as a securities dealer shall be as specified in Schedule-14.
(2) In the case of an organized organization that wants to do more than one securities transaction related work, it should have paid-up capital as specified by the board for separate work.
